Tour is limited to 15 members. 

Ever wonder why the Refuge uses FIRE as a way to manage land?

Join our TRNWR Biologist Curt Mykut 

and Friends' Executive Director Bonnie Anderson

on a tour of the Atfalati Unit to see the results of the recent

prescribed burn. You will also learn about what the Refuge anticipates 

will happen from the use of fire as a tool to manage the land.

This is a two-part tour.

Those that attend will be invited back in the Spring of 2024 to see how this unit is doing.
